As an Institutional Relationship Manager, Joe is primarily responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with institutional clients. Joe previously held roles as Director of Client Service & Sales Support in our Philadelphia headquarters, Director of Business Development and Client Service in Brandywine Global's Singapore office and Associate Director of Business Development and Client Service in Brandywine Global’s London office. He joined the Firm in June 2009. Prior to joining Brandywine Global, Joe was a Financial Analyst with the Private Wealth Management Group at Goldman Sachs & Co. (2007-2009) and a Research Analyst with the Intellectual Capital Group at Legg Mason (2005-2007). Joe holds the U.K. Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, and 66 licenses. Joe earned a B.A. in History from James Madison University.
