To support our growing international business, Brandywine Global operates an affiliated company with an office in Singapore. The Singapore office offers sales and client service functions in addition to housing research activities.
As Vice President – Regional Relationship Manager, Asia, Luiza is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with clients and consultants based in Asia. Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Luiza was a Business Development Manager covering institutional clients at Nomura Asset Management Singapore Limited (2016-2021) and Lion Global Investors Limited (2014-2016). Luiza earned a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from Nanyang Technological University.

As Vice President – Regional Relationship Manager, Asia, Johnathan is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with clients and consultants based in Asia. Prior to joining the Firm in 2018, he served as Assistant Manager – Business Development (Institutional Sales) at Lion Global Investors (2017-2018) and worked in sales at IHS Markit (2015-2017). Johnathan earned his B.A. in Economics from the National University of Singapore.

As a portfolio manager and senior research analyst, Carol conducts macroeconomic research and analysis with a focus in the Asia Pacific region for the Firm's fixed income strategies. Additionally she is responsible for communicating details and presenting our investment strategies to clients, prospects and consultants in Asia. She joined the Firm in October 2008 as a fixed income research analyst and is based out of the office of Brandywine Global Investment Management (Asia) Pte., Ltd. in Singapore. Previously, she served as an economist with the Monetary Authority of Singapore where she analyzed domestic and external economies (2007-2008). She was also a summer analyst with the fixed income capital market division of Goldman Sachs in London (2006). Carol earned an MSC in Finance and Economics from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and a BSc in Economics from the National University of Singapore.

As CEO of BGIM Asia and research analyst for Brandywine Global's Global Fixed Income and related strategies, John is responsible for covering Asia and emerging market securities. John joined the Firm in 2003. Previously, he was with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank as vice president and senior economist (1999-2002), Chemical/Chase Bank as a vice president (1994-1999), Manufacturers Hanover Trust/Chemical Bank as senior economist (1981-1993), and Brooklyn College of the City of New York as an instructor in the Economics Department (1980-1981). John earned an M.A. in Economics from the Graduate Facility, New School for Social Research and a B.A. in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Li Ting is a research analyst on the Global Fixed Income team. She conducts macroeconomic research and analysis with a focus in the Asia Pacific region for the Firm's fixed income strategies. She joined Brandywine Global in 2017 and previously served as a Senior Client Service Associate, International. Before joining Brandywine Global, she worked as an Assistant Manager – Business Development at Lion Global Investors (2015-2017). Li Ting earned a B.S. in Finance from Singapore Management University.
