Theodore (Tad) W. Fetter
As head of global sales and client service for Brandywine Global Investment Management's Global business, Tad is responsible for implementation of sales, marketing and developing and executing an integrated global distribution strategy. Since 2010, Tad has served as director and head of Brandywine Global Investment Management (Europe) Limited Tad led the non-U.S. distribution strategy for Brandywine Global. As director and Head of Brandywine Europe from 2010 to 2016, he headed Brandywine Global Investment Management (Europe) Limited, the Firm's operating unit located in London, England, where he oversaw the development of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. He joined the Firm in March 2006. Tad has over 20 years of investment experience, previously holding positions at Alliance Bernstein and BlackRock as an account manager for the International & Alternative Products team. Tad holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 24 and NFA Series 3 licenses and earned a B.A. in Management with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Gettysburg College. He also served as president of council (2009) and director of finance (2008-2010) for the borough of Haddon Heights, New Jersey.

Mark P. Glassman, CPA
As chief administrative officer, Mark is responsible for all areas of finance, administration, operations, and technology and serves on the firm's Global Management and Compliance committees. Before joining Brandywine Global, Mark served three years as president and CEO of ImageMax, Inc., a national, publicly held document management services company, after serving two years as its chief financial officer. Mark began his career in public accounting, serving six years as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. He then joined Right Management Consultants, Inc., an international, publicly held career transition and human resources consulting firm, where he served three years as corporate accounting manager and two years as corporate director of planning and development. Mark earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Temple University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Chris Marzullo
As Brandywine Global's General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Chris is responsible for overseeing and managing all legal and compliance matters globally. Chris joined Brandywine Global in 2007. Prior to that, he served as associate general counsel with Legg Mason, Inc. for eight years (1998-2006), where he counseled Legg Mason's various investment advisory firms providing fixed income, equity and alternative investment management services to a full range of clients. Previously, he served as a litigation associate with a prominent Baltimore law firm (1993-1998). Chris received his J. D., graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and earned his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

John leads Brandywine Global’s Institutional Sales and Relationship Management teams in the U.S. In addition, he is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with many of the firm’s largest institutional clients. John joined the firm in June 2013 and is a member of the firm’s Global Management Committee. Previously, he spent 27 years at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in New York where he was Managing Director and Head of Institutional Relationship Management and Business Development. John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Vincent College and completed the CFA Institute’s Investment Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2006.

Alison Rogers-McCoy
As Brandywine Global’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Alison is responsible for developing the Firm's human resource programs and managing the human resources staff. She provides guidance on all employment relations and all policies regarding EEO, compensation, benefits, hiring, recruiting, performance measurement, training and staff development, and personnel. Alison is also a member of the Global Management Committee. She joined the Firm in 2016. Most recently, she was the head of enterprise executive and talent development at MassMutual (2014-16). Alison previously held several positions at Aetna Inc. including the head of global executive recruiting and talent acquisition, head of enterprise human resources strategy and talent management operations, and vice president of human resources business partner (2006-11). She also served as a vice president at American Express (2004-06), and assistant vice president at CIGNA Corp. (1996-2004). Alison earned an MA in Organizational Development and Consultation from Columbia University and a BA in Journalism from Fordham University.

As the Managing Partner of Brandywine Global Investment Management, LLC, Adam is responsible for the overall management of all of the firm’s business areas, including Infrastructure, Legal and Compliance, Business Strategy, and Sales and Client Service. He serves as the Chair of the firm’s Global Management Committee and as a member of its Executive Board, and works with each of the firm’s investment teams to make sure that they have the resources and personnel necessary to achieve client objectives. Before joining Brandywine Global in 1997, Adam was a director in the international investment management group for SEI Investments (1991-1997) and managing director for Ameritek Business Systems in Prague, Czechoslovakia (1990-1991). Adam earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Public Policy and Anthropology from Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Sue Wilchusky
As Brandywine Global's director of business strategy, Sue oversees the Firm’s product development, marketing communications, and overall business strategy. Sue joined the Firm in 2011. Prior to joining Brandywine Global, she worked at SEI Investments (2003-2011) in product development and distribution strategy roles. Sue also held a variety of positions at Deutsche Bank (1997-2003) and Fidelity Investments (1996-1997). She started her career at Deloitte & Touche, supporting financial services clients in New York and Los Angeles. Sue earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware, an M.B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
