As head of business development and client service for Brandywine Global Investment Management’s Global (ex-U.S.) business, Tad is responsible for developing and executing an integrated global distribution strategy outside of the U.S. Prior to this appointment, Tad was head of Brandywine Global Investment Management (Europe) Limited, the Firm's operating unit located in London, England, where he led efforts in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He joined the Firm in March 2006, previously holding positions at Alliance Bernstein (2005-2006) and BlackRock as an account manager for the International & Alternative Products team (2001-2005). Prior to these roles, he was with Delaware Investments and The Vanguard Group. Tad holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, and NFA Series 3 licenses and earned a B.A. in Management with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Gettysburg College. He also served as president of council (2009) and director of finance (2008-2010) for the borough of Haddon Heights, New Jersey.

As head of business development and client service for Brandywine Global Investment Management (Asia) Pte. Ltd., Tariq is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with clients and consultants based in Asia. He joined the firm in 2017, bringing over 13 years of industry experience. Previously, he was CEO and Partner at Rogge Global Partners Asia in Singapore, overseeing business development and client service for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region (2014-2016), and a generalist Portfolio Manager, covering the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region for Rogge Global Partners Plc based in London (2012-2014). Prior to these roles, he was with Western Asset, JPMorgan Asset Management, and State Street Global Advisors. Tariq earned an MSc. in Investment Management from Sir John Cass Business School and a BSc. in Business Studies from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine. He is also an Associate of the Royal College of Science and holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2012, he held the roles of sales trader with Susquehanna International Group (2009-2011), senior financial analyst with Amazon (2008-2009), and Finance Leadership Development Program analyst with Lockheed Martin (2003-2006). Franco earned a B.S. in Finance from Philadelphia University and an M.B.A. from Yale University. He holds FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses and is a CFA® charterholder.

As an institutional marketing professional, Andrew is responsible for new business development, consultant relationships, and client service in Canada. Previously, he was with Pacific Investment Management Company, LLC as a senior vice president and vice president at its Canadian office (2005-2014); Russell Investment Group as a regional director (2003-2005); Perigee Investment Counsel, a Legg Mason Company, as a principal (2000-2003), and at State Street Trust Company Canada as a vice president (1993-2000). Andrew earned a B.A. in Economic and Geography from University of Guelph and is registered as an Exempt Market Dealing Rep under the OSC.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2013, Anthony was a Director and held several global client relationship and product support roles at UBS Investment Bank in London, U.K. (2006-2013). He also served as a senior project manager at Henderson Global Investors (2005-2006) and a senior accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Melbourne, Australia (1998-2005). Anthony holds FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He earned his Bachelor of Business, Accountancy (with distinction), from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.

He joined the Firm in June 2009. Prior to joining Brandywine Global, Joe was a Financial Analyst with the Private Wealth Management group at Goldman Sachs & Co. (2007-2009) and a Research Analyst with the Intellectual Capital Group at Legg Mason (2005-2007). Joe holds the UK Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and FINRA Series 3, 7, and 66 licenses. Joe earned a B.A. in History from James Madison University.

He joined the Firm in October 2011. Prior to joining Brandywine Global, Ryan held multiple positions with The Concord Advisory Group, LTD. Princeton, N.J. (February 2008 – September 2011). Ryan earned a B.A. degree in both Economics and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.

Most recently, Jim was a Vice President and Key Account Manager - Global Financial Institutions and Chair of EMEA Intermediary Committee (2014-2016), prior to that he was Head of UK Intermediary (2012-2014) and an Institutional Relationship Manager (2006-2012). Jim earned BSc. in Business Studies from Surrey University and his Masters in Finance from London Business School.

John is a client service professional for Brandywine Global Investment Management (Asia) Pte. Ltd. and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our relationship with clients based in Singapore and throughout Asia. He also serves as a research analyst for Brandywine Global's Global Fixed Income and related strategies, covering Asia and emerging market securities. John joined the Firm in 2003. Previously, he was with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank as vice president and senior economist (1999-2002), Chemical/Chase Bank as a vice president (1994-1999), Manufacturers Hanover Trust/Chemical Bank as senior economist (1981-1993), and Brooklyn College of the City of New York as an instructor in the Economics Department (1980-1981). John earned an M.A. in Economics from the Graduate Facility, New School for Social Research and a B.A. in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Prior to joining Brandywine Global, she was a client relations director serving the EMEA region for the London office of the Macro Research Board (MRB) (2013-2015), served in various business development and sales roles at BCA Research in London (2008-2013), and was a marketing manager at the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in Los Angeles (2007-2008). Cecilia earned her B.A. in Finance from Stockholm University.

As a Relationship Manager on the Global (ex-U.S.) Sales and Relationship Management team, Al is responsible for sales, client service, and product development for Brandywine Global’s international funds and clients. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Al was a business analyst and then an assistant vice president of product development at Legg Mason (2008-2014) in both New York and London. He also worked as an economist at Thomson Reuters Corporation (2006-2008). Al earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. He is a CFA® Level II candidate.
