Head of Investment Performance and Analysis
Larry Benedetto   Head of Investment Performance and Analysis
As Head of Investment Performance and Analysis, Larry oversees a team of analysts responsible for performance analysis, GIPS compliance, attribution, risk analytics, securities data of the Firm’s portfolios and strategies, and for support of related communications to clients and other constituents. Prior to joining Brandywine Global, he served as principal and managing director of structured products with Allegiance Capital Customized Investments (2006-2007); as senior portfolio manager – customized fixed income with Evergreen Investments (1999-2006); and various roles including bond trader, fixed income analyst, and portfolio analyst with Offitbank (1992-1999). Larry earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
Director of Corporate Program Management
Holly Byrnes   Director of Corporate Program Management
As Brandywine Global's director of corporate program management, Holly oversees operating support for the Firm, including data governance and business-process improvements; she also supports new and major firm-wide initiatives. Holly joined the Firm in 2012. Prior to joining Brandywine Global, she served as a vice president at Merrill Lynch (2008-2012) and as an assistant vice president with Credit Suisse (2004-2008). Holly earned both her B.S. in Biomedical Computing and M.Sc. in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Director of Enterprise Risk Management
Luz E. Carey   Director of Enterprise Risk Management
As Brandywine Global's director of enterprise risk management, Lucy is responsible for overseeing operational and credit risk matters on a Firmwide basis. Additionally, she supports Firm efforts related to the ongoing measurement of market risk. Lucy, one of Brandywine Global's first employees, joined the Firm in 1986. Prior to being Director of Risk Management, Lucy served in the capacity of Brandywine Global's Director of Operations. Previously, she was with The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company as a statistical research assistant. Lucy attended West Chester University.
Director of Investment Operations
Walter D. Copeland   Director of Investment Operations
As Brandywine Global's Director of Operations, Walter is responsible for overseeing investment operational matters on a firmwide basis. Walter joined the Firm in 2000, bringing with him over 23 years of experience. Prior to joining Brandywine Global, Walter served as manager of trade services in the reimbursements division for The Bank of New York (1998-2000); financial advisor and marketing representative with John Hancock Financial Services (1996-1998); operations manager with Beacon Group, Inc. (1985-1996); and operations manager with Bateman, Eichler, Hill, & Richards, Inc. (1977-1985). Walter attended California State University at Los Angeles.

Mark P. Glassman, CPA   Chief Administrative Officer
As chief administrative officer, Mark is responsible for all areas of finance, administration, operations, and technology and serves on the firm's Global Management and Compliance committees. Before joining Brandywine Global, Mark served three years as president and CEO of ImageMax, Inc., a national, publicly held document management services company, after serving two years as its chief financial officer. Mark began his career in public accounting, serving six years as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. He then joined Right Management Consultants, Inc., an international, publicly held career transition and human resources consulting firm, where he served three years as corporate accounting manager and two years as corporate director of planning and development. Mark earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Temple University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Leigh Lament   Global Head of Regulatory Compliance
As Brandywine Global's Global Head of Regulatory Compliance, Leigh is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Firm's regulatory compliance program. Leigh joined Brandywine Global in November 2010. Prior to joining the Firm, Leigh served as Chief Compliance Officer for PNC Managed Investments Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PNC Global Investment Servicing Inc. (2007-2010). She was also Chief Compliance Officer at The Swarthmore Group (2003-2007) and an Associate in the Intellectual Property Group at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld LLP (2002-2003). Leigh earned her J.D. from Villanova School of Law and graduated with a B.A. in Art History from Dickinson College.

Niki Mangos   Chief Information Officer
As Brandywine Global's Chief Information Officer, Niki oversees Information Technology and its strategy in supporting current and future business goals and efforts. Prior to joining Brandywine Global in August 2013, Niki served as Director and Global Business Manager of Fixed Income & Currencies Trading Technology at RBC Capital Markets (2011-2013); Divisional CIO of the Sales/Distribution Division & Park Avenue Securities within Guardian Life (2009-2011); a member of the Technology Senior Leadership team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (1998-2009) assuming several roles over time; Vice President and Head of Fixed Income Trading Technology at Deutsche Bank Securities (1994-1998); Vice President and Manager of Fixed Income Trading Technology at Lehman Brothers (1986-1994) . Niki earned her B.A. in Economics from Columbia University, Barnard College.
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Chris Marzullo   General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
As Brandywine Global's General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Chris is responsible for overseeing and managing all legal and compliance matters within the organization. Chris joined Brandywine Global in 2007. Prior to joining Brandywine Global, he served as associate general counsel with Legg Mason, Inc., Brandywine Global's parent company, for eight years (1998-2006). In this role, Chris counseled Legg Mason's various investment advisory firms providing fixed income, equity and alternative investment management services to a full range of clients. Previously, he served as a litigation associate with a prominent Baltimore law firm (1993-1998). Chris received his J. D., graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and earned his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Evan D. Moskow   Head of U.S. Legal
As Head of U.S. Legal in Brandywine Global's legal department, Evan is responsible for drafting and reviewing investment management agreements, and negotiating client, vendor, consultant and other related agreements. Evan also provides legal advice and support to the firm relating to legal, compliance and regulatory matters. Evan joined the Firm in 2004, bringing with him two years of investment experience and one year of litigation experience. Previously, Evan was with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Kades Financial, where he was responsible for financial planning and quantitative and qualitative analysis for client portfolios (1997-1999). Following his completion of law school, Evan worked for one year at an insurance litigation defense firm before realizing that he wanted to realign his career with the investment industry. Evan earned a juris doctorate from Temple University School of Law and a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Alison Rogers-McCoy   Chief Human Resources Officer
As Brandywine Global’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Alison is responsible for developing the Firm's human resource programs and managing the human resources staff. She provides guidance on all employment relations and all policies regarding EEO, compensation, benefits, hiring, recruiting, performance measurement, training and staff development, and personnel. Alison is also a member of the Global Management Committee. She joined the Firm in 2016. Most recently, she was the head of enterprise executive and talent development at MassMutual (2014-16). Alison previously held several positions at Aetna Inc. including the head of global executive recruiting and talent acquisition, head of enterprise human resources strategy and talent management operations, and vice president of human resources business partner (2006-11). She also served as a vice president at American Express (2004-06), and assistant vice president at CIGNA Corp. (1996-2004). Alison earned an MA in Organizational Development and Consultation from Columbia University and a BA in Journalism from Fordham University.

Adam B. Spector   Managing Partner
As the Managing Partner of Brandywine Global Investment Management, LLC, Adam is responsible for the overall management of all of the firm’s business areas, including Infrastructure, Legal and Compliance, Business Strategy, and Sales and Client Service. He serves as the Chair of the firm’s Global Management Committee and as a member of its Executive Board, and works with each of the firm’s investment teams to make sure that they have the resources and personnel necessary to achieve client objectives. Before joining Brandywine Global in 1997, Adam was a director in the international investment management group for SEI Investments (1991-1997) and managing director for Ameritek Business Systems in Prague, Czechoslovakia (1990-1991). Adam earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Public Policy and Anthropology from Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Director of General Services
Gail Steele   Director of General Services
As Brandywine Global's director of general services, Gail is responsible for oversight of the Firm's facilities management, including space planning and real estate. She also manages the Firm's administrative staff. Gail joined the Firm in 1989. Previously, she was with Real Estate Services Limited as the administrative assistant to the organization's appraisers. She holds several certificates in business disciplines central to her role.
Head of International Legal and Chief Compliance Officer - Europe
Andrew Thomas1   Head of International Legal and Chief Compliance Officer - Europe
As Brandywine Global’s Head of International Legal and Chief Compliance Officer- Europe, Andrew is responsible for overseeing and managing all legal matters internationally as well as compliance related issues across Europe. Andrew joined Brandywine Global in 2015. Prior to joining Brandywine Global, Andrew worked in the legal and regulatory space for over 12 years, most recently at Close Brothers Asset Management (2011-2015) as both General Counsel and as a Director. Andrew also worked at Katten Muchin Rosenman (2007-2010), Henderson Global Investors (2005-2007), Linklaters (2002-2004), and others. Andrew received his B.A. in History and Politics at University of Exeter, his Common Professional Examination (CPE) from College of Law- Guildford, his Bar Vocational Course (BVC) from College of Law- London and his Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) from the Law Society of England and Wales.

Steve Waltman   Director of Finance
As Brandywine Global's Director of Finance, Steve is responsible for overseeing the Firm's accounting, financial reporting, planning, and finance functions. He joined the Firm in 2004. Prior to joining Brandywine, Steve was a senior financial analyst at INRANGE Technologies (2001-2003) and IBM (1999-2001), and was a business analyst for Northern Trust (1996-1997) and Dun & Bradstreet (1993-1996). Steve earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University, an M.B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University and holds a CMA certification (Certified Management Accountant).
Director of Business Strategy
Sue Wilchusky   Director of Business Strategy
As Brandywine Global's director of business strategy, Sue oversees the Firm’s product development, marketing communications, and overall business strategy. Sue joined the Firm in 2011. Prior to joining Brandywine Global, she worked at SEI Investments (2003-2011) in product development and distribution strategy roles. Sue also held a variety of positions at Deutsche Bank (1997-2003) and Fidelity Investments (1996-1997). She started her career at Deloitte & Touche, supporting financial services clients in New York and Los Angeles. Sue earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware, an M.B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
